Not that it hasn’t been covered, but my guess is Twitch’s growth has passed a lot of professionals by.

My theory is Spotify is benefitting from the overall expansion of steaming as a consumer option and increased willingness to sign up for multiple services.

it does seem that Netflix may have to make some alterations to its release strategy, even if it’s just to not apply the same model to every title.

This is interesting, but what I really want is a “play random” type button that replicates browsing through channels, playing the first episode of shows I haven’t watched yet. I’m not even kidding.

Seems marketers don’t like the constant repetition of the same six ads any more than viewers do. Now which one is in a position to change this…
